FES (Field Equipment Service) is developed for Reddy Ice client. This project is to track the tickets raised to the service technicians to service the ice machine. Tickets can be created manually or in a scheduled manner.
Service Technicians can come and provide their service against the tickets raised. This is handled by the Android application in a faster manner. The service tickets can be viewed in FES (Field Executive service) dashboard.
Entire system handles Incident Management system in an effective manner which in turn increases the efficiency of the system.
