Extra Information

This project is to track the tickets raised to the service technicians to service the ICE machine. Tickets can be created manually or in a scheduled manner.

Service Technicians can come and provide their service against the tickets raised. This is handled by the Android application in a faster manner. The service tickets can be viewed in FES dashboard.

Entire system handles Incident Management system in an effective manner which in turn increases the efficiency of the system.
